Booking Fee & Policies

• A booking fee is required to secure your appointment

• The booking fee will be deducted from your total balance after your service

• Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if you miss your appointment

• You may reschedule at no extra cost with at least 24 hours’ notice

• If you anticipate being 15 minutes late or more, please notify us in advance

• Late arrivals may incur a late fee or result in appointment cancellation
