Booking Policy

• The booking fee will be applied toward your total balance once the service is completed.
• Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
• Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• If you anticipate being 15 minutes or more late, please notify us in advance. Failure to do so may result in a late fee or appointment cancellation.
